travellers but it would be seriously dull. We are the first point of call
for all our customers when something isn't working, or something needs
to be moved forwards.
Support contracts are available for annual fixed
cost IT, we think of this as an insurance policy.
Incident packages allow customers to call us for
a quick diagnostic chat whilst determining whether it is necessary to
'use' an incident.
We are happy to work on an ad-hoc basis, for emergencies
or to discover whether you like us. We operate a 'No fix no fee' policy.
